This is a frequently asked question. How much should I take and what exactly is a dropper full (dropperful)? Tinctures are usually taken by the dropper. A dropper is the amount of liquid that fills the glass tube when the bulb is squeezed and released. The liquid may fill the glass tube only a small portion of the way. That is considered a dropper full or approximately 30 drops.
